Join us At the Henry Maysonnave Memorial Courts
In Depot Park, Sonoma, Home of the VOMPC, for
one or two days of exciting Petanque.
The annual Sonoma Wine Country Classic is being enhanced this year to add a Singles Tournament on Saturday, in addition to the traditional Doublet on Sunday. The Entry Fee is being raised to $20 in order to enrich the payout. The format will be 3 games before lunch and a 16 Team single elimination Concours in the afternoon. The remaining teams will play in the Consulante. There will be three prize winners in each category with payouts determined by the number of teams/players.
Sample payout…IF 30 Teams = 1st Place = $400, 2nd $200, 3rd $100
…Consulante = 1st Place = $200, 2nd $100, 3rd $50
Tournament Registration ends at 9:30 a.m. Each Day
Play begins at 10:00 a.m.
You may play one or both days
Saturday...BYOL or Sandwich orders taken at sign-in $6.00
Sunday…Catered lunch $10.00
